Party by the Pavilion is our major parish fundraiser. Last year, everyone who attended had a blast! We had an inflatable obstacle course for the kids, great food, music and dancing! This year, we are asking you to help make this event even more successful. There are so many ways to be involved-we are currently looking for volunteers to join one or more of the committees below. Each committee plays a vital role in making this event a success:
Party by the Pavilion Raffle Tickets are now available!
Tickets can be purchased following Masses in the gathering area
or in the parish office during business hours.
Tickets are $5.00 each or a 5 pack for $20.00
We are asking that each family purchase or sell 5 packs of tickets (a total of 25 tickets)
Sponsor Outreach
This group will focus on finding businesses and individuals to sponsor the event, donate raffle prizes, and help offset costs.

Activities & Logistics
This team will come up with ideas and gather quotes for activities, décor, signage, and equipment rentals,; as well as coordinate the logistics of parking and flow of the event.
Food and Beverage
This crew will organize food and beverage donations and coordinate ticket sales for food at the event.

There will be additional opportunities as we get closer to the event.
